What are some life-changing (or not) dilemmas?

I have to write a speech about a dilemma one might face, preferably one that would be life-changing, such as to go to college or not, etc. Please help me out if you can! To have a child or not (or to adopt or not)

A potentially risky financial decision (gambling, etc)

Any potentially risky decision, really (driving drunk, doing drugs, etc)
