I was when SSGT Garza looked up at me and said%26quot;God Doc, I don't feel so....%26quot; I've never been the same since. I knew his wife and kids. He has helped me open up and become a better person. Since meeting him, my attitude towards life and other people have changed dramatically.

My life changed forever that day. It set me apart from the other kids, because at the time it seemed like everyone had both parents.
