How can i lose a few pounds with out changing my life drasticly?

I want to lose a few pounds and inches of of my waist what should i do i love dessert and do not want to cut down but i hardly eat any already what should i doHow can i lose a few pounds with out changing my life drasticly?Well wait a minute. You say you only want to burn a few pounds, but yet you don't want to change your life around drastically?



honestly burning a few pounds and doing whatever it is to do it won't change it drastically lol even if u had to give up desert and eat just veg, meats, and fruits in a total of your 3 meals a day, you would burn a few pounds in a week.



But if you're afraid to admit that you want to lose more than a few pounds, than Honestly? diet and excercise are the best things to do. And you have to diet. Don't expect to excercise and still eat all the desserts you like, because junk foods/desserts have the highest amount of calories than your meats, vegetables, and fruits.



Or you can try to still eat your desserts, but then you have to excercise twice as hard (and do you really want to do that?)



Here's what you can do



1. Do crunches to burn the fat on your stomach and tighten up your abs. If you want to work out your entire abdominal wall, do side crunches, and regular crunches (stay away from sit ups, as they have been scientifically proven that if you do situps for many monthes, or years, later on in life you have a high probability of developing back problems)



2. Work out on a tredmill at your house or a gym, ride a bike, or run to burn the fat in your buttocks and waistline, and it will also burn fat in your stomach (just like crunches, except it won't build you muscle in your stomach like crunches will do)

Drink lots and lots of water, and nothing much else. So you can either DO more (exercise- to burn off Calories), or eat LESS (take in fewer Calories...). Exercise is your BEST Option... Drink 1 glass 30-60 minutes prior to eating. Stop drinking with your meals. Decrease sweets.
